Parkes SES – Commercial Air Conditioning & Mechanical Package
Heating, Cooling & Ventilation Delivered to Government Specifications
Press Power Group completed the commercial air conditioning and mechanical package for the Parkes SES facility, supplying and installing Daikin equipment together with the required ventilation systems.
The project was delivered in accordance with the specified government requirements, with the mechanical services designed to support the comfort, ventilation and day-to-day operation of the facility.
- Project Type: Commercial air conditioning and mechanical services
- Equipment: Daikin systems
- Split System: 1 × 5kW unit
- Multi-Head System: 1 × 17kW unit
- Processing Unit: 1 × 14kW unit
- Ventilation: Bathroom ventilation throughout
- Project Requirement: Installation completed to government specifications
A Complete Mechanical Package
The project involved more than simply installing individual air conditioning units. Press Power delivered a broader mechanical package incorporating heating, cooling and ventilation requirements across the facility. The installed Daikin equipment included:
- A 5kW split system
- A 17kW multi-head system
- A 14kW processing unit
These systems were selected and installed as part of the overall mechanical requirements for the site.
Ventilation for Bathroom Areas
The project also included ventilation to the bathroom areas throughout the facility. Proper ventilation forms an important part of commercial mechanical services, helping support air movement and the day-to-day usability of enclosed spaces.
Press Power incorporated this work into the broader air conditioning package so the mechanical systems could be delivered as one coordinated scope.
Delivered to Government Requirements
As a government facility, the project needed to be completed in line with the relevant project specifications and documentation. Press Power coordinated the air conditioning and ventilation installation to meet those requirements, with attention to equipment selection, installation and completion of the specified mechanical works.
